ASTD-Lincoln Presents
Intellectual Property 101: A Crash Course in the Basics of Intellectual Property
What do you have in common with Brad Paisley, Carrie Underwood, Mike Tyson’s tattoo artist, and Isaac Newton? All have (or had) an opportunity to learn more about intellectual property rights and protections. Your opportunity will be June 20 at the ASTD-Lincoln learning event.
Intellectual property is becoming more important to training and development professionals in order to gain and maintain a competitive advantage. Understanding copyright, trademarks, and other protections of your work is an essential skill that helps to develop your portfolio of offerings. How do you share what you have learned without violating someone’s intellectual property rights while protecting yours?
