Meet Your Facilitator:
Tricia Danielsen is the Principal and Founder of Meeting Tree Solutions, LLC. Meeting Tree Solutions is a consulting organization that focuses on growing businesses, growing people, and growing profits. Danielsen consults with companies and executives to initiate, plan, and execute programs and projects that grow employees and improve business results. She also provides expertise in the area of professional networking and relationship building in order to leverage beneficial relationships with clients and customers, as well as internally within organizations.
Danielsen has been working as a leader in human capital management for more than 15 years. She has designed, built, and led corporate universities as well as held leadership roles in marketing, customer service, and project management at start-up and Fortune 500 companies. Danielsen has cultivated numerous high-level executive relationships during her many years building learning partnerships, networking, and increasing workforce value in companies around the nation.
In addition, Danielsen has spoken at numerous conferences and events including Chief Learning Officer (CLO) Symposium, Corporate University Week, SkillSoft Perspectives, Bellevue University’s Human Capital Lab Colloquium, American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), and LOMA’s International Customer Service Conference. She is listed in Stanford’s “Who’s Who” for her award-winning corporate learning program leadership and contributions. Danielsen has also been selected to the CLO Business Intelligence Board, the IQPC CU Week Advisory Board, and the Human Capital Executive Research Board. She has served on the board of directors as President for American Society for Training and Development – Nebraska Chapter, along with numerous other professional organizations.
